大手AV制作会社「ソフト・オン・デマンド」が経営する飲食店が摘発され、社長らが逮捕されました。店は「AV女優と飲める」を売りにしていましたが、接待営業の許可を得ていませんでした。
新宿区歌舞伎町1丁目の飲食店「SOD LAND」が摘発されました。警視庁保安課と新宿署は、風俗営業の許可を得ていないにもかかわらず、女性キャストがカウンター越しで客を接待しているのを確認し、店長を現行犯逮捕しました。
店は「AV女優と飲める大人のテーマパーク」をコンセプトにしていました。女性キャストは約600人で、多くは「ソフト・オン・デマンド」の作品に出演するAV女優でした。店は5つのフロアに分かれて営業しており、各フロアで趣向が異なっていました。入館料は1時間3000円、延長料金は1時間2500円でした。
利用者はオプション代をドリンク代に加算する形で支払っていました。オプション代は200円～5000円以上で、メニュー表にはAV女優などを売りにしたオプションが記載されていました。
営業期間中に6億円以上を売り上げていたとみられています。保安課と新宿署が無許可営業だったことを把握し、行政指導をしたものの従わなかったため、内偵捜査を進めて摘発しました。
「ソフト・オン・デマンド」の社長は容疑を認めていますが、店長は会社の方針に従ったとして容疑を否認しています。
