元大阪市長で弁護士の橋下徹氏（53）が19日、フジテレビ「日曜報道 THE PRIME」（日曜前7・30）に出演し、岸田文雄首相が17日の記者会見で「次元の異なる少子化対策」として述べた少子化対策について言及した。
社会保険料を支払わなければならない所得額を超えると、扶養者のパート従業員が働く時間を制限する「年収の壁」の解消に向けて、国が企業に助成を行う方針を示した。また、女性が出産後8週間以内に最大4週間取得できる「産後パパ育休」で休む男性への給付金について、現在の給付率は休業前収入の67％だが、80％程度に引き上げることを明らかにした。社会保険料の免除を含めると、手取り収入は実質的に10割に近づく。岸田政権は、児童手当と保育サービスの拡充、働き方改革推進の3本柱を掲げており、3月末までに政策のたたき台をまとめ、4月に発足するこども家庭庁の政策に取り入れる予定である。
橋下氏は、「年収の壁」の解消に向けて、国が企業に助成を行う方針に対して「この助成金制度は愚策中の愚策であり、こんなことはやめてほしい」と発言し、その理由として「もし、こんな制度を実施した場合、現在働いている人たちには助成がない。パートで働いている主婦世帯だけに助成を行うことで、不公平感が生じる」と説明。さらに、「年収の壁はもともと不公平を解消しようとしているのに、新たな不公平が生まれる」と指摘した。
