北朝鮮が19日午前、日本海に向けて弾道ミサイル1発を発射したと韓国軍が明らかにしました。飛距離など詳細は不明ですが、日本政府関係者によれば、ミサイルは日本の排他的経済水域の外側に落下したとみられており、被害の報告は入っていないということです。北朝鮮によるミサイル発射は、今月16日朝に行われたICBMの発射訓練以来です。北朝鮮はアメリカと韓国の合同軍事演習を非難しており、今回のミサイル発射もその背景にあるとみられています。
